Simplified Eligibility and Enrollment Process
Recently, ADP rolled out new functionality designed to make your plan's eligibility and enrollment process easier to manage. Among the enhancements were:
- Earlier enrollment access for employees with Welcome Letters now being sent 35 days before their eligibility date.1
- A new eligibility screen on the plan sponsor web site that provides greater visibility and tracking of current and past eligible employees.
- Streamlined process for eligibility reporting. Now, the "salary deferral eligibility date" you confirm online for your employees will automatically be used for your year-end compliance testing and IRS/DOL reporting forms.
- The ability to enter the Exclusion Code in payroll immediately upon employment, for Plans that include Employee Class Exclusions.2
